We want to help you avoid heart disease, diabetes, cancer and other diseases altogether.
Imagine health care that doesn’t just treat the symptom but treats the root causes before a threat develops. Care that lowers the instances of emergency department visits and repetitive treatments. That focuses on wellness rather than sickness.
This approach means good steps forward for us all — but we need your support. Partner with Cone Health to bring the kind of programming that will transform the health of our communities and serve as a model for other health systems. Together, we can set up a clinic in an area where our neighbors are isolated. We can partner with existing organizations to provide the proper nutrition that is central to becoming and staying healthy. We can re-imagine what a hospital can be — including innovative spaces to support women and children, to exercise, and to learn how to take the best care of yourself over the course of your lifetime.
By partnering, we can design the future of health care.
Help us redefine how we care for our communities.
