Together, we can build the future of health.

The Campaign for Healthy Communities is rooted in the belief that we can lead a critical shift from managing sickness to creating wellness – a transformation that ensures excellent health care, reaches everyone everywhere and makes our region one of the healthiest in the Southeast.

Your impact is already changing lives.

In just two and a half years, donors and partners fueled $35 million in measurable impact for our community.

  • The new Steven D. Bell Family Heart and Vascular Center is advancing prevention and innovation.
  • Community health workers are building trust and connecting neighbors to care across the Triad.
  • School-based telehealth in 40 schools across three counties is reducing absenteeism and supporting families.
  • Mobile medicine is reaching thousands more people where they live.

These milestones prove what's possible. With this momentum in place, we are now moving into the next phase of the campaign – pursuing an additional $20 million, for a campaign total of $55 million, to accelerate prevention efforts and grow the programs already reshaping health across our region.  Watch our "We will be the ones" campaign video to see how we've started a movement in our community.

This campaign is about transforming how health care works. Every gift accelerates Cone Health's move toward value-based care – where prevention, access and whole-person support define the future. This commitment is why Cone Health joined Risant Health, and why support for The Campaign for Healthy Communities is essential. Together, we can equip every neighbor with the tools and support to live a stronger, healthier life. Your Cone Health Philanthropy team will partner with you to understand your personal vision for giving and connect it with community initiatives that are shaping the next chapter in health care.
